Hans Op de Beeck - Bust portraits of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium

Galleria Continua is proud to announce that Hans Op de Beeck was commissioned to create the official bust portraits of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium.

The Royal Couple nominated Op de Beeck for the portraits, which are produced at the request of The Belgian Senate as part of a longstanding tradition of investing in art and supporting cultural heritage.

The inauguration of the official bust portraits took place on the 4th July at the chambers of the Senate of Belgium in Brussels, where they will be permanently on display as part of the collection.
