DANIEL BUREN 'Colored Triangles by Myriad, for Riyadh' work in situ: KAFD Conference Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 2020 - 2021

Daniel Buren, one of the most prolific contemporary artists of our time, covers the iconic roof of the Kafd conference center with a large array of colored filters, punctuated by alternating white triangles. The 153 triangles and 9899 smaller triangles will be transformed by these filters, creating a dynamic and transient environment affected by the many different types of light throughout the course of the day and night.
