MICHELANGELO PISTOLETTO 'La mise à nu de la société'

This exhibition brings together a series of recent works from Michelangelo Pistoletto’s “Messanudo” series, which was started in the summer of 2019 and finished in the winter of 2020, during the Covid-19 epidemic. 

Originating from Michelangelo Pistoletto’s reflection on today’s society, where the individual is more important than collective issues, the artist “strips down” his contemporaries in the literal sense, showing a humanity masquerading as Adam and Eve, a humanity who, when dressed, is divided and distances itself for fear of differences.
