NARI WARD 'Until That Day'

This summer, Nari Ward brings Until That Day to the island of Hydra — a new site-specific commission by DESTE Foundation, opening 23 June, in which found materials are reconfigured into a meditation on the Afro-Greek community, identity and belonging. Drawing on Haile Selassie's historic call for global solidarity, the work extends Ward's long engagement with race, migration and collective memory into a landscape where those questions feel anything but distant.
