Nedko Solakov’s work ‘A Life (Black and White)’ 1998-present is a performance performed by two workers/painters constantly repainting in black and white paint the walls of the exhibition space for the entire duration of the exhibition (or only at its beginning and at the end), day after day while they follow each other.

In the summer venue of the GAMeC, Daniel Buren’s solo show takes on a new meaning for one of the worst affected areas of the pandemic, as a sign of reawakening and rebirth. The exhibition examines the key points in the artist’s research and career as well as his most recent concern with light; Buren’s luminous fabrics will be presented here for the first time in an Italian museum.

group exhibition

This exhibition explores the concept of nothingness by asking questions such as what does time tell us? What’s behind our galaxies? And what is better than more-and-more? The works by 9 artists, including Loris Cecchini, attempt to offer the space for dialogue around such questions and provide a point from which to consider the world we are living in.
