Immersione Libera | Special Project

Alfredo Aceto, Agreements to Zinedine, Antonello Ghezzi, Calori & Maillard, Campostabile, Giovanni Chiamenti, Alessandro Fogo, Francesco Fonassi, Valentina Furian, Raluca Andreea Hartea, Ornaghi & Prestinari and Marta Spagnoli are the artists called upon to create new site-specific works for the Palazzina dei Bagni Misteriosi. IMMERSIONE LIBERA is project by Marina Nissim, curated by Giovanni Paolin. In collaboration with Galleria Continua, the Pier Lombardo Association and the Franco Parenti Theatre.

Research, interaction and freedom are the key words of Immersione libera (Free Immersion). It does not follow a single common theme, but embraces a wide range of art that includes different materials, language and techniques. Works have been designed to blend in with the surrounding environments, encouraging visitor interaction. For the entire duration of the exhibition, works will establish as well a dialogue with a series of temporary events, organised together with guest curators: Giulia Colletti, Caterina Molteni, Treti Galaxie. Immersione Libera has been inaugurated on the occasion of Miart, to then has became a part of events that have join Parenti District -ART & DESIGN, a new district of synergy between art, design and performing arts established by the Franco Parenti Theatre and the Bagni Misteriosi for Milan Design Week.
