The works of #ArcangeloSassolino has often been a demonstration that a stable situation can immediately shift.
#ContinuaArtistsWithYou
As part of #ContinuaArtistsWithYou, Arcangelo Sassolino sent us this video of ‘Piccole Guerre’, a work he exhibited at Galleria Continua #SanGimignano for the exhibition ‘Canto V’ in 2016. The spectator witnesses an action that happens so rapidly, a transformation of one object into another form, that it’s not visible to the naked eye. The work relies on the suspense before the action, how a solid object can transform in a fraction of a second.
